I sold my tickets on Stubhub only Tuesday night. They were bought right away and I completed transfer through Stubhub Tuesday night. Wednesday I received an email from Ticketmaster saying that the transfer was complete but the name on the transfer was not the same as what was given to me through Stubhub. Then Thursday I received an email from Stubhub asking me why I had not transferred the tickets yet. I can’t get a real person from Stubhub or Ticketmaster to talk me through what went wrong which is why I’m posting here. What went wrong? When I tried to sell or transfer tickets on Ticketmaster a message appeared saying that I had to try later. This happened before I even tried to sell on Stubhub and then after I sold the tickets on Stubhub I went back to see if I had to transfer through Ticketmaster. Bottom line is that I never initiated anything on Ticketmaster yet the email came from them saying that the transfer was complete although I never authorized anything on Ticketmaster. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in this whole process. Why can’t I talk to a real person from either place???
