Hello, I had to cancel the sale to A Day to Remember concert on October 1 @ Pensacola Bay since I found out that these tickets were not transferable in any possible way.. I wish I knew that before someone bought these tickets. And I saw that people were selling tickets on StubHub to the same show and same seats and everything, that’s the only reason I thought it would be safe to put my tickets on sale since everyone is selling them. And I believe no one can actually buy tickets to this exact show through StubHub or any other platform from resellers. So please I would like you to refund the amount of money you charged me for no obvious reason. It is not my fault that you guys allow tickets to be sold to shows that are not transferable.
