I sold tickets on Stubhub and I am trying to figure out when I should confirm the transfer. The tickets I sold is via Seat Geek and I initiated the transfer. But it requires the receipant to great a Seat Geek account to accept the tickets and until then its pending. I don't get an email that I initiated the transfer I only get an email when its accepted. When I hit the button confirm it says only to do so when I get a confirmation that the transfer is complete. However, some other videos or FAQ stubhub pages seem to imply that I can confirm the transfer as soon as I initiate it. Also for mobile transfer it seems like I have 24 hrs to transfer it to the buyer so I'm worried that I'll be penalized if they claim I never transfer the tickets.
