(Hopefully I am using the correct language -- I am abit of a rookie). I have two tickets to DMB in Tahoe on 9/6/19. Unfortunately, we cannot go. Ticketmaster does not allow transfers and it does not appear to be an e-ticket (pdf) option. Based on this, I would have expected to only see hard tickets for resalre (requiring UPS delivery) on StubHub. That said, I see mobile transfer and instant download tickets available on the site. Are these fraudulent tickets? If not, can someone explain to me a way to sell them without having the hard tickets sent to me and needing to use UPS? Thank you.
