I also accidently purchased wheelchair only seats for a play. It wasn’t until I viewed the actual tickets that I realized what I had done. I immediately called customer service, but was told they could not cancel the order because they were listed correctly, they could only waive the fees to resell. It seems to me, since this isn’t the first time customers have made this mistake, StubHub would make it clear when there are no seats (not just saying wheelchair accessible). For example a pop-up saying these tickets are for wheelchairs ONLY. I now have these seats that I cannot use and can only hope someone who actually needs these seats will buy them. This is only my second time using Stubhub and though I had always heard it is safe to buy here, this experience has left me feeling differently.
