When you subscribe to a thread or board, you will stay up to date on a post you're following or on what's being talked about within StubHub Community.
To subscribe to a board or thread, select "Options > Subscribe" in the upper right-hand corner of the page. If you are the creator of the topic, select "Email me when someone replies" before submitting your post. Don't worry, you can still select Subscribe if you forgot to select that option.
Why is it beneficial to subscribe to a board or thread?
- Subscribing to a board/thread will immediately notify you whenever a new comment/post is made.
How am I notified?
- You will be notified thru email and under the "Notifications" section within StubHub Community.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
- Go to "My subscriptions" under your StubHub Community name. Check the box for which subscription(s) you would like to delete. Open up "Email Subscriptions Options" and press "Delete Selected Subscription".
Can I turn off email notifications?
- Absolutely! Go to "My subscriptions > Notification Settings" to set your own notifications preferences.
Is there a way to automatically subscribe to topics I post/comment on?
- There is! Just head to your Preferences to set this.
