Every time I try to add my banking information (checking account information) payment, I keep on receiving an error message that the account information entered is not the same, even though it is. I also receive an error message when inputting the correct routing information for my bank.
Any thoughts or suggestions how to proceed?

If you are from Canada trying to associate a Canadian bank account with your profile, you will want to make sure that you are entering your details in on the www.stubhub.ca platform. Our system also requires for no special characters in the address so, make sure not to include any periods, commas or dashes! Let us know if this does the trick for you!
I have the same problem. PNC Bank checking account not able to be added. Same error message "Oh no something went wrong please try again. I've followed all of these steps to no avail. I sold tickets but can't take the payment.
