Hello! I received an email from SH saying I had sent a buyer an incorrect ticket and to contact them to resolve. I don’t see anywhere in my sales account where it has the information for the buyer? How do I contact them???
Stubhub prohibits buyer and seller contact so that sounds suspicious that you were told to contact the buyer by an email. Call Stubhub to verify what is going on 866-788-2482
