Thanks for the clarification! Sellers list tickets based off of what they have available to send. Unfortunately, if they chose to list via UPS this would mean they don't have access to an electronic version of the tickets. We're not able to convert any tickets, either.
Hi @meganscan! It is true that sometimes a primary may change the delivery method of tickets but this is not always possible. For buyers, they are guaranteed tickets via the delivery method they purchased. As a policy, we don't contact sellers and request that they attempt to change it if a buyer changes their mind or prefers an alternate delivery method.
