Incorrect information

I entered the wrong delivery address and called immediate to correct this and was told it was fixed. Well the event is today and The tickets were sent to the wrong address and now I have no tickets. They are saying they will reach out to the seller

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
