I purchased tickets for a Kenny Chesney concert through StubHub back in 2019. At the time, I got email confirmation of my tickets and the seller sent them to me. The instructions were to download the MLB ballpark app and select the “access tickets” section in email. Due to Covid, the concert was continuously postponed and so I never pushed the actual access tickets button. The concert is now this Spring and when I went to select the “access tickets” spot it says the link no longer works. I contacted the original seller and have gotten no response. I’ve called StubHub twice saying they are working on it and no follow-up. The concert is next weekend and I paid $650 for 2 tickets. What can I do to get these tickets in my possession?!
