I bought resale tickets for Lewis Capaldi in Sheffield O2 for Wednesday 3td December which has now been cancelled. All the FAQ information I can see suggests buyers are protected and will get a full refund in the event of a cancellation. I have not been refunded - does this happen automatically or do I need to email StubHub?
