Mobile tickets

Got email tickets are ready but no ‘accept button.’ Email at top says ‘unable to load remote content privately’ Wait for another email. Get a different email telling me to check my tickets as link may expire. They are not in my orders. I have an account but checked out as guest and was never sent access code. How do I get my tickets?
Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
