I purchased a Green Parking Lot pass for the June 19th game vs the Columbus Crew, however received a Yellow (GEN Lot pass). The Green Lot is paved, right next to the stadium and costs approximately $20 more than the Yellow Lot. The Yellow Lot is a large open field, and during this even was rain drenched. I was charged $63.66 for this lousy parking pass. I contacted Stubhub to complain and they offered me a 25% coupon (based off of the price of the parking pass) or $15.92 toward the purchase of future tickets. Really??? I will never use Stubhub again. They should credit my card $20 and go after the scammer who sold me this BS Parking Pass. Where the hell is the Customer Service?
