Hi everyone,
I purchased two tickets for a concert on Stubhub UK. I received an email from AXS saying that I need to download the app and create an account with my stubhub email address in order to accept the tickets and complete the transfer. I did that but there are no tickets showing up in the AXS app. My stubhub account is saying the tickets have been transferred. Stubhub is not answering. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?
