I would like to request a refund for the cancelled Billie show versus the credit that I’ve received. Who do I contact?

Your fastest reponse will come from DMing one of the moderators - AllyD, NikkM, KattW or Paul.

That being said,  Stubhub is only providing refunds in the 14 states which require cash refunds

United States - 

California,Colorado,Connecticut,Florida,Georgia,Hawaii,Illinois,Louisiana,New Jersey,New York,North Carolina,Pennsylvania,South Carolina, Tennessee

Canada- 

Alberta,British Columbia,Ontario,Quebec 

Otherwise they are providing vouchers for 120% of the pruchase price that can be used thru 2021

What do you mean Dming the moderators? I would like cash refund too. Having difficulty navigating this. If I am correct, the sellers will be part of this discussion because I would assume Stubhub would be the intermediary -- charging fees and such, but not using the $s that the seller received from me?
