I'm trying to figure out what the refund options are for a show that has been rescheduled until sometime next year. I've had a difficult time trying to find refund policies, customer service contact, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
if you bought tickets for an event that has been rescheduled until next year then your tickets are good for the new date and you are not eligible for a refund. You can either attend the event or sell your tickets. If you choose to sell then you can reach out to one of the moderators by DM - AllyD, NikkiM, KattW, or Paul and they can help reduce/waive the selling fee.
