Refund has been delayed

Hey guys,

Just got off the phone with customer support for the second time and just wondering about a refund that’s heading into a month now. When I called, support explained that it was processed to a card that I had no association with. I mean no malice. Just really wanting to get this taken care of. Please advise.

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
