STUBHUB WONT REFUND ME

I purchased tickets on October 3, 2024 to a show on November 5, 2024. When the evening of the show came around, unfortunately the seller never uploaded the tickets. I connected with a stubhub agent over chat and was advised I would receive a refund. Several weeks later, still no refund. I followed up with a Stubhub agent over chat as to why I hadn’t received my refund and they advised they would have this escalated to ensure I’d receive my refund. Several weeks later, still no refund. I then call a stubhub agent, and she advised me that my previous escalation was closed because they could see that my refund had been processed (IT HASN’T) - no one followed up with me to tell me this was the case, they closed the ticket and carried on. The agent advised me that she would have the case escalated yet again, and requested proof of my bank account showing that no refund had been received, which I provided. She could not give me an estimate of when this would be completed, but said to be patient and that I would be contacted via email. Another week later, still no refund. I called yet again, I’m told there’s nothing that can be done, this is sitting with a team that the agents have no access to. I don’t blame the agents as I know they are doing their job but Stubhub - this is the most ridiculous waste of time and energy I have ever had to deal with. Stop holding my money hostage and refund me.

Has anyone else dealt with this and what have you done? I’m so beyond frustrated and will NEVER purchase with Stubhub again because of this service.
