Seller cancelled ticket transfer

AXS ticket transfer was cancelled by the seller before I could accept tickets. The money has already been paid to Stubhub but i have no tickets. Is the seller able to submit the tickets again for transfer to me??

This happened to me too on VERY expensive Billie Eilish tickets!!!! So frustrating!!

Is this an upcoming concert or has it passed and you were stuck with no tickets after paying for them?
The most frustrating part is Stubhub won’t help unless it’s within 24 hrs. of the concert date. Is it too late then??
