I have purchased 2 tickets to Billie Eilish concert in London on 25.06.
After a while I decided to improve my sits, so I put my original tickets on sale and purchased another 2 tickets.
Got a status of "Substitution ticket(s) was offered" for the new tickets, however there is nothing in my mail box.
Currently I still have 4 tickets.
I dont want to wait until concert time to decide if substitute tickets are better than the original sits.
I'd rather stay with my original tickets and give up the new ones, but system doesnt let me.
Can anybody help ?
