Trying to purchase tickets for Texas Longhorns Baseball this evening. When I go in the app and website say the lowest price is $15 (pre-fee) but when I click into the event I am prompted with the same list of tickets that, when I click in, say they have already sold. Is there a way to reset something on my end to get updates flowing again?
So sorry for the trouble. We're experiencing some issues with site latency and with unavailable tickets being on the site for sale though they have already been purchased. This is affecting the checkout process, the price updating, as well as the listing process for new tickets. Our technical team is currently at work hard on getting this resolved as we speak.
