I bought seats in Row A, My tickets say Row 11- I know the stadium- these tickets are incorrect - I want a refund and won't be using these incorrect seats- I can't get anyone to fix it- 5 times... Sent the form in a week ago! WHAT DO I DO????
You won't get much help from Stubhub even if indeed your facts are correct and you received incorrect tickets. I would do this as a last resort but you might have to do a dispute with your credit card company. Stubhub will lock your account if you do that but in their present state you probably don't want to buy or sell with them anyhow.
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
