I purchased 5 tickets for an event. I received 3 tickets from the seller.
I have no way to contact the seller to correct this error.
Can someone from customer support please contact me and the seller to help resolve this issue?
There is no email or chat option for support, and the phone number says they prioritize events happening in the next 48 hours. All other documentation said to post to the forums.
