I bought a ticket for the Champions League match between Galatasaray and Manchester United
I have a passolig subscription, but I have not received the card yet because I am in Algeria and will travel to Turkey on November 28, the day before the match.
On the official ticket website in Turkey, there is an official statement that it is forbidden to transfer tickets for the match electronically, and only the original ticket owner must obtain a pass for one match and sell it.
How will I get my ticket if it is forbidden to transfer tickets electronically?
