today, Feb 23 2023 Natalie C was unbelievably patient and competent and fixed a $1700 conflict i had with my ticket via their customer service phone number. The ticket came via ticketmaster from an individual who i believe misrepresented what i was buying. i will continue to use stub Hub because of this level of personalized customer service. i tried Ticketmaster customer service and could NOT find a phone number anywhere and did not receive anything close to an appropriate response to my email quesiton.
