Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

The IndyCar races at Iowa Speedway on Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23 are duplicated on StubHub. I already sent a duplicate event request through inventory manager and it was denied because it said that the information could not be verified. So, let me explain again. There are two events for July 22, event ID 151616088 and event ID 151647660. The ticket includes the IndyCar race and the concerts with Carrie Underwood and Kenny Chesney. Therefore, event ID 151616088 is the duplicate event that needs removed from StubHub. For July 23, the event IDs are 151631705 and 151680999.  This event also includes the IndyCar race and concerts with Zac Brown Band and Ed Sheeran. Therefore, the duplicate event is 151631705 and it needs to be removed on StubHub. Hopefully, you can make better sense of this and send it to the appropriate team so it can be corrected.

EDC Las Vegas is messed up in a few ways. EDC Las Vegas is sold as a 3-Day Pass. There are two event pages (151829474 and 151829471) for individual days (which currently is not a real ticket types) and no actual event page for 3-Day tickets, which do exist.

Also, the maps are just for a ton of shuttle passes (despite it not saying shuttle pass in title) and not for event tickets, so actual event ticket can not even be listed. There should be three main ticket types: GA, GA PLUS, and VIP. Please create an appropriate event.
