Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

Not only is the date wrong for this (should be a Sunday but is listed as a Saturday), you can't complete the order process. It stays stuck at 50%.

I represent the Pawleys Island Festival of Music and Art.  The October 7th concert featuring Steve Tyrell has been cancelled for months.

People keep calling us telling us that they have purchased tickets online.  We refunded all the tickets purchased through ETIX.  So that means

the 3rd party seller that purchased from us has been refunded but are still selling the tickets.  We replaced the concert with someone else.

So now people think they are buying Steve Tyrell tickets and when they arrive it is Joe Gransden.

Please, please take this off of your website.  You are only making yourselves look fraudulent as well as us.

This is going to be a long one but the entire weekend of events is screwed up on StubHub so here goes...

1. Fri, Aug 11 event name is incorrect on StubHub. It should not be named Xfinity / INDYCAR Doubleheader Race. That race takes place the following day, Sat, Aug 12. This event name should be Gallagher Grand Prix Practice & Qualifications. 
2. There are duplicate events for Sat, Aug 12. The correct event is named NASCAR Xfinity/INDYCAR Doubleheader Race Day. The incorrect and duplicate event is named Penzoil 150 At the Brickyard. First, Pennzoil is spelled incorrectly but secondly, each ticket for this day includes: Ticket Alert: Each Saturday ticket is valid for ALL events on Saturday, Aug. 12 including the INDYCAR race, Xfinity race, and Cup practice & qualifications. There should not be a Pennzoil 150 listed on StubHub because that implies that you are only getting a ticket for that race which is incorrrect.
3. There are duplicate events for Sun, Aug 13 as well. The two event names are NASCAR Cup Series - Verizon 200 and Verizon 200 at the Brickyard Sunday Only. The first one has a start time of 10 am (that is when the gates open) and the second has a start time of 7 pm (incorrect). The race starts at 2:30 PM (gates open at 10 am and gates close at 6 pm) so race time of 7 pm is definitely incorrect. Please get the teams to clean this up as it is a total mess right now.
