Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

Please, correct venue and map for below event:

StubHub can be so exhausting some times with all the duplicate event listings. Here's another one that needs to be fixed. The NHRA Nevada Nationals on 10/26-29 are being held at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Great so these events are all correct. But, then StubHub also lists the events again but being held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. So, it makes no sense for these listing to be duplicated at two different venue names. It causes confusion to potential buyers and it's not fair to sellers to have to list your tickets on both speedways in order to maximize potential sales. While the event is technically being held at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the races do not take place at the actual Las Vegas Motor Speedway as that is an oval track meant for auto racing and not drag racing. The NHRA races are obviously held at the drag strip. Please pass this along to the correct department with details explanation. When I send these requests myself through the inventory manager, they often get denied because the people reading the responses don't understand what I'm saying.

I've already gone to this page https://stubhub.community/t5/Events-and-Venues/How-to-request-for-an-event-to-be-added/td-p/218536 to request an event and the screencaps that are shown don't match what I see so I can't make the request.

I want to list a different screening ("All of Us Strangers", Oct 2 at 8:30pm, not the Oct 1 screening which is currently listed and BTW is incorrect - Oct 1 is at 6pm). But when I go to https://sell.stubhub.com/secure/search?q=all%20of%20us%20strangers&sellSearch=true there is no "Request an Event" in the right column.

The city should be Mexico City NOT Guanajuato. there are two venues with the same name. They are performing at the one in Mexico City

You are selling tickets for To Kill A Mockingbird at the Murat Theatre in Indianapolis at Old National Centre on January 23-28, 2023.

However, this information is incorrect. The performance is playing at Clowes Memorial Hall in Indianapolis on those nights. It is not showing at the Murat at all.

Does not allow you to list rows A-G in right center and left center orchestra.  Using the TM seating chart of the one on Vivid seats both of those sections begin with ROW A and I am unable to list tickets correctly.

Please fix this so I don't have to list on Vivid
