Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

The Arizona Coyotes haven't played at Gila River Arena since 2022. (https://www.stubhub.com/arizona-coyotes-tickets/performer/521) They now play at Mullett Arena in Tempe.  I'm surprised this important information hasn't been updated in almost two years!

The correct geographic location is Boston, MA. The correct ticket price currency is US dollars.

I see that the 11/29/23 performance has been updated with the correct info. The other performances have not been updated. I'm particularly interested in the 12/2/23, 2 p.m. performance. I want to sell tickets for that performance. I would appreciate it if you could update the info for that performance. Thanks!

Florida Strawberry Festival Tickets - StubHub

Event is through Etix and sales are by Section, Row and Seats. When trying to sell tickets, Stub Hub asks for Section as VIP or General Admission and will not Allow Section Ex: 1, 2, 3 etc...

NBA Paris Game

January 11th, Paris

The seating and quality rating is off.
People buy the low rows (rated best), but for this arena, the lower rows have the higher number!
This will leave lots of consumers very unhappy, thinking they bought great tickets, but ending up almost in the nosebleeds.

This should be stated and the atomatic rating should be adjusted.
Please change this 🙂
Will help save a lot of people, including StubHub Support a lot of trouble.
