Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

University of Tennessee Football Parking:  Please add “G7T” as an available parking option to your parking drop down menu.  The menu currently only lists “G7” as an available option and those are lower parking decks.  “G7T” is a premium option for the “Top” parking deck.  This update should apply to all Tennessee Home Football games this season.

This is still broken for 3 years now. There are Reserved RV Parking Passes, not just preferred RV passes. Any of the Reserved Lots (41, 18, 31) can also have RV parking passes. There needs to be an option to pick Reserved RV Parking. This applies to every game.
