Why is there still no status for this concert? It is less than two weeks away but still doesn't give any indication of whether we will be refunded or what. Just "Event Status: TBA"

Once RATM determines (and not Stubhub) if they are rescheduling or cancelling your event then Stubhub's policies come into play. If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund as New Jersey is one of 14 states to require one. If the event is rescheduled your tickets will be good for the new date. The decision to cancel or reschedule lies with RATM and the venue not with Stubhub.
