I purchased tickets for Theory of a Dead Man’s April 14, 2020 concert in Mobile, Alabama. It has not been rescheduled nor canceled. How can I get a refund?
So since your event has been postponed but not cancelled you are in limbo. Stubhub only provides refunds/credit vouchers for events cancelled. You will have to wait for the event to be rescheduled - your tickets would be good for the new date or cancelled - you would receive a credit voucher for 120% of your purchase as your event was to occur in one of the 14 states that require a refund.
