elton john dallas cancelled or postponed refund through stubhub?

I am assuming the Elton John concert has been cancelled or postponed for Dallas Tx 06/27/2020.  How do I get a refund?

Yes, the concert is postponed but not cancelled.

If the event ends up being rescheduled then your tickets will be good for the new date.  If the event ends up being cancelled then you will receive 120% StubHub credit.  StubHub is not offering refunds for postponed events as the tickets will be valid for the new event date.
