Can't transfer tickets concert tomorrow!

Help! I sold tickets and was told that 48 hours before the event i would probably be able to transfer them from ticketmaster to the purchaser, but the option is still greyed out. How else can i get these tickets to this purchaser????

It may be because they are listed for sale on ticketmaster.

Can you clarify what you mean? They aren't listed for sale on ticket master. I sold them on stubub, purchased them via ticketmaster.
