Never recieved payment

Sold Coachella tickets back in April and confirmed their pending status on stubhub.  Still awaiting payment as no new update to paypal balance.  Was paid previously for a ticket in the past so it is the correct account. Any ideas on what to do other than call support? Please and thank you !

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
