New App Changes

I had at least three sets of tickets that were sold and awaiting the event to happen for me to get payment before this new update to their app and website. Now it says I don't have any.  What is going on?  I have also tried to delete a listing 6 times tonight and it keeps coming back as active.  I don't find anyway I can contact STUBHUB about any of this.  Is there a phone or email to contact about my lost listings?

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
