I have paper in hand tickets to sell. Am I protected if I send the tickets via the stubhub printed label at a UPS store? What if the buyer claims they didn’t receive them?

Hi there, Anony! We are partnered with UPS so, we solely base everything on the tracking number that UPS provides upon generating a label. That way, we can ensure that we have physical evidence that a package has successfully been delivered. No need to worry!
