Payment

I had to sell tickets to a concert and someone bought them but it's telling me i need to update the payment information for selling tickets. I added the paypal account but nothing has gone through and nothing is pending. How can i get the payment to go through so i can collect the money made from sold tickets

Hi.

Did you set it as your default payment? I only had my PayPal account down as a payment option, but I still got the same email. I actually had to make it my default payment method even though it was the only payment method. It boggles my mind. 🤦🏿‍♀️
