If I buy tickets can I automatically flip my purchase and list them for resale right away?

Yes, you can. Even if you dont have them in hand, you still have the sell option. You jhave the rights to those tickets. 

But keep in mind,  there is a 10-15% commission to sell. So unless you are unsing a fan code, you might not get your money back.
