Stubhub failed me

I was at the Saint Louis Cardinals baseball game on memorial day and could not reach stubhub site to cjhnge my ticket prices. I failed to sell my extra tickets due to stubhub could reach seatgeek just fine so it was not a connectivity issue. Stubhub owes me an apology and money.

@mbrillos We're definitely sorry to hear that you weren't able to adjust your listings due to connectivity issues. That's definitely a frustrating situation. Since we can't control the listings or guarantee that any particular listing will sell, there isn't much we can do as far as payout is concerned. We do truly apologize that you weren't able to get in contact on that day and in the future, if you do need assistance, or possibly have other questions related to this sale, you are more than welcome to send a message to our moderators here on the community @TeamStubHub They wouldn't be able to log into your account and change your prices for you, but they would be happy to assist in any way that they can. We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
