Ticket has been sold but I keep on getting an email to add a payment method despite adding my paypal details

Hi there.


I sold a Spurs ticket on the 2nd of Feb and got an email notification from stubhub to add a payment method to receive the money from the sale. I added my paypal details and waited for about a month but I haven't received any money and I keep on getting the same email to add a payment method.

I tried to add my uk bank account to get a direct deposit but I couldn't since it would only allow european bank accounts. I believe this is because I was paid in euros.

Could someone help me with this?
