Weird Buyer Full Name and email for transfer?

Buyers Full Name seems fake and person bought the two end seats (1 and 4) of a row. Can I trust this? How can I make sure stubhub confimrs the transfer so I dont get scammed out of money.

This has happened to me as well and I spoke to someone at StubHub and it is a known bug among many right now. I would just put some initials (make them up if you want) as the name but at least you have the email address.

They didn't buy the end seats. I'm guessing your listing is for seats 1-4 and they bought two of them. I'd deliver seats 1&2. This is an annoying bug that I've noticed myself.

Just make sure that if oyu advertised that the seats are aisle seats that you deliver aisle seats.
