getting paid for sold tickets - 'payment failure'

It's been months since I've sold tickets and have not been paid by StubHub.  I called, emailed, and chatted and they say its been escalated to the payment department.  Well, that conversation has been 2+ weeks ago and no reply or try to make a payment to me. My next step is to go on social media and the TV stations.  Like other stubHub sellers who had not been paid until they went to social media and/or TV.  

Community Log-In Changes May 1st
We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
