I sold tickets to a Billie Eilish concert that is now canceled, and I have to pay back the amount I sold it for. The original card this was on no longer exists, so StubHub said they would issue a credit memo to my account to pay back, but I can't seem to find it anywhere on my account. Does anyone know where this is located at?
