So I sold tickets recently, got them “in hand” yesterday, and will be shipping them today. I never set up a payment method… there is a credit card on file with my Stub Hub account, but I think I had it there for tickets that I bought way in the past. That card is currently locked due to some potentially fraudulent activity (not related to Stub Hub) I read that once a sale has been completed you can’t change the payment method. It sounds like if I update my payment method now it will not apply to a sale that’s already completed…. Even though I won’t be paid until after the event in a few weeks. I would contact StubHub but I always get a message saying that unless my event is within 48 hours they can’t talk to me. Can anyone advise me what to do?
