I bought tickets 11/2019 to see Jim G in Denver on 4/2020 which was canceled due to Covid. I show no history in my account, no credit, and not rescheduled date even though the show has been rescheduled. I want to keep my same seats and still want to go but I can’t talk to anyone at Stubhub. I’ve been in phone for 1.5 hours now! Is there any other way to reach Stubhub?
