Someone or group really needs to be held accountable for the recent issues. There also has been no communication from Stubhub, I think more to avoid accountability to the issues, potentially legal issues. I suggest a few things, if you have received a penalty contact your credit card and file a dispute they will get the money back for you, use only your credit card, that provides protection. I would be more forgiving towards stubhub if they were transparent, crap happens sometimes, but be honest and open, I find the lack of openness is leading us to lack trust in SH. This is harsh but life is harsh. I have sold over 1/4 million likely over the years and I am ready to walk away and never come back, I hope EVERYONE does the same. Also write MLB and pressure them to not allow stubhub to sell their tickets anymore and ask MLB to have their own resale through TM, TM is no fees also so BYE BYE Stubhub, unless you come clear and open asap. I think a month or 2 of no seller fees would be a fair compromise
