I had 2 separate tickets for sale to the same concert, and got 2 different emails on August 3 from stubhub saying i sold each one. I have only been paid out for 1 sale ($225) and now there is no history in my account of the 2nd sale ($225). Buyer#1 bought 1 ticket from me for $225 Buyer #2 bought 1 ticket from me for $225 (the sale is missing in my sales history) I did a mobile transfer from Ticketmaster on August 4 and got notification that they both accepted the tickets. I still have both emails showing that these tickets were purchased. So why did the sale suddenly disappear in my account? I have emailed stubhub multiple times with no response. Anyone have any idea what more i can do?
