On Nov 16 I purchased a ticket for the Patriot's Awards, for $223.00 in the orchestra, my AMEX was charged immediately. Hours later did not receive the ticket. I called Stub Hub and was told I would have it by 5:30pm EST, it did not arrive. I called again and I am told there was a mistake that ticket is not available and they will send me a link to get another ticket at no additional charge. I received the link nd all the tickets are way far up in the balcony. I'm like what, you are now charging me $223.00 for balcony tickets, no way and I requested a refund. The point is that ticket was never available and Stub Hub says tickets are 100% guanteed. I am writing to Consumer Affairs and whatever other agencies that are out there as well as posting on social media. This is totally unacceptable.
